Meet Alina

Alina Boulom is a fashion designer with experience across luxury ready-to-wear, couture, and commercial apparel. As an alumna from Parsons School of Design, she earned a BFA in Fashion Design and double minored in Fashion Business and French Studies.
Currently, Alina is an Assistant Designer at IHL Group, where she is a design lead for brands including Bearpaw and Joie - Sleep & Play. She develops seasonal collections through trend research, developing color palettes, mood-boards, CADS, Tech Packs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Previously, Alina worked at Rosie Assoulin, supporting the design and product development team. As an Atelier Assistant at Maison Madison Couture, she learned couture craftsmanship through pattern-making, draping, and garment construction. She further expanded her technical expertise by completing a draping program at L’Institut Français de la Mode in Paris.
Combining a strong foundation in luxury craftsmanship with experience in commercial design, Alina approaches design with equal emphasis on creativity, precision, and wearability. She is passionate about transforming ideas into thoughtfully designed collections that balance aesthetic vision with functionality.
